Thanks to our smart business model and innovative technology, we have quickly established Europe's largest intercity bus network. And we won't stop here but continue our journey.

In 2015, FlixBus launched a new business unit, FlixBus Charter, renting private buses with a driver to individual groups. Charter has since expanded to numerous countries, providing comfortable and affordable transportation across Europe.

To support our ambitious growth, we are now looking for a Sales Manager B2B (m/f) in Munich starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks - Paint the world green

• You are responsible for the acquisition of French business customers and partners for FlixBus Location - the French bus charter business of FlixBus. Your customers are hotel chains, tourism companies, unions, trade fair organizers, business schools or similar, located in France
• You identify B2B potentials within our existing customers in France and you communicate and sell your product self-dependent (via phone or on-site)
• You coordinate Marketing activities with acquired customers with your colleagues from the Marketing team (i.e. marketing and communication activities towards union members)
• You represent our company and your product/service at trade fairs, workshops and B2B Customer Events
• You support the FR sales team during the peak season also in the B2C sales area
• You engage with our Legal department to create frame contracts and you synchronize with internal partners accordingly
• You create sales reports on a regular basis and you derive respective potentials for improvements
• You support your existing network of clients and partners so they can improve their performance
• You are located in our FlixBus office in Munich, Germany, while being part of the French Charter team. You report to the Head of Sales Charter and you maintain a close relationship with your (future) partners (including regular business trips to France).

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

• Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar
• Profound skills in communications and sales
• Persuasive appearance as well as an analytical and results-oriented mindset
• Reliable, proactive and independent work attitude an the ability to function in a remote team environment
• First experience in B2B sales, in trading firms or sales organizations is desirable
• Knowledge in Excel and Salesforce is a big plus
• Native speaker level in French and fluent in English; any additional (European) language is a plus
