To support our ambitious growth, we are now looking to fill the very exciting role of (Senior) Legal Manager in our Los Angeles, CA office!

Your tasks - Paint the world green

• You are a core member of our US team and support us in expanding our business
• You are responsible for regulatory and legal topics, communication with authorities related to BD, Sales, Authorizations, Stations, Public Affairs, Finance, Banking
• You identify, research, analyze, and advise teams on a wide range of relevant legal topics, issues, and risks
• You keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company globally
• You improve our legal processes to help us scale globally with a consistent but locally relevant approach

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a law firm or in house legal department
• Effective communicator, with the ability to interact with internal and external constituents at all levels
• Excellent legal skills, including significant experience in structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of transactional agreements
• Highly team-oriented and willing to pitch in, ability and passion for building bridges cross-functionally and interacting with peers and management across the organization.
• Ability to work effectively within and across functional project teams, governmental authorities
